Lease Renewal – 38 Dover Street
Ashwell Rogers are pleased to announce a successful lease renewal for a gallery owned by our longstanding client and established art dealer. A new 10 year lease was agreed including a significant rent free period, a rent reduction during lockdown and the dilapidations on a surrendered floor from the previous lease were also settled. In the past we have also acted on the gallery’s rent reviews and rating appeals successfully.
