Ashwell Rogers are pleased to announce a number of deals have completed at The Peel Centre, Corby on behalf of the landlord, Peel L&P.

After prolonged covid negotiations, Ashwell Rogers agreed terms for a new five year lease on the DSG unit.

Lease Renewals have also been completed on the Matalan and Boots units.

Ian has also recently settled rent reviews on four other units on the scheme, occupied by M&S, The Range, Halfords and Pets at Home.
