Ashwell Rogers have recently acted for the landlord of a McDonald’s Drive Thru in Halifax for the recent rent review. The review went to arbitration where we were able to achieve an increase in rent for the landlord who is a local entrepreneur and developer. We have now acted on all three established drive thru restaurants in Halifax.
