By acting for both Landlords and Tenants we are able to advise our Landlord clients what the current trends are in market and how best to refurbish and market their vacant space, such as providing advice on the finishes, ESG requirements or whether or not to fit-out a floor prior to securing a tenant.

Tenant

Every Tenant we act for receives the same Partner led approach to the search. Our approach is to be involved every step of the way from helping clients to define brief and framing the most important elements they need consider to entering into negotiations and securing the space to working with all third-party contractors such as solicitors and architects.

Working with Landlords allows us to clearly explain why certain things are happening the way they ate and where best to negotiate depending on the deal. Being aware of the latest trends and legislations allows us to help Tenants plan for the foreseeable future and be future proofed beyond that.
