The subject property is currently being used as a private preparatory school and comprises a number of classrooms, offices, kitchen and other ancillary accommodation and is located in the heart of Kensington with potential for alternative uses subject to necessary consents. This was a rare freehold disposal of a self-contained building which fitted our clients requirement.

After extensive negotiation, building and asbestos surveys, the deal was completed today. Knight Frank acted on behalf of the vendor.
