Rating Advice to Live Nation on New Office Headquarters in Farringdon

Following the recent acquisition by the global entertainment company, Live Nation, of their new 63,000 sq ft headquarters office building at 34-36 St John Street EC1, known as The Farmiloe Building, Ashwell Rogers were appointed to advise on the likely new Business Rates liability once the building comes to be assessed under the 2017 Rating List by the Valuation Office Agency.

The Farmiloe Building is an unusual and dynamic development by Aberdeen Standard Investments that comprises a fully restored grade II listed Victorian warehouse with a modern 6 storey office extension, providing grade A office accommodation over lower ground, ground and four upper floors around a central full height atrium.
