Ashwell Rogers were instructed by Motcomb Estates to undertake a May 2019 rent review on the above drive thru restaurant premises located at the entrance to St James Retail Park, West Denton, a suburb of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Following an inspection, collation of comparable evidence and examination of the lease, Ashwell Rogers entered into negotiations with the tenant and agreed a revised rental which showed a healthy 17% uplift on the passing rental.
